Who's behind it

Cason Graff runs Kilncrest Home Services, a small home-watch practice in Park City, Utah. Visit Report started as the report he wished he could send after every check. Straight answers

Is this real or a mockup?: The report is real — that PDF above is the actual output template. The phone tool that produces it is being built now; founding shops are how we decide what ships first.
When can I use it?: As soon as it's running on Kilncrest's own winter visits. Founding shops get access in order of deposit, and I'll email you a date before I ask for anything beyond the deposit.
What does the $29 deposit actually do?: It holds one of ten founding spots and locks $29/mo for as long as you stay. It's refundable any time, for any reason, including "changed my mind."
Does it replace NestWatch, QRiDit, or my scheduling app?: No. It only makes and sends the report. If you already pay for a suite that does reports you like, you probably don't need this.
Who owns the data?: You do. Your houses, your photos, your owners. Export any time.
